All store credit, refunds, and/or exchanges that are due will be issued within 3 to 5 business days after the return is processed.

 

All items with prices ending in $.00, .96, .97 and .98 are final sale and cannot be returned for store credit.

DISCLAIMER Please keep in mind that this is a CUSTOM name plate necklace, we do need  7-10  work days to make the silver color,  and 10-15 work days to make the gold color, gold color does need longer time, because it needs to be plated in Gold.
